Navigate to 25 Wilhelminaplein. Your apartment is between the restaurants Wilhelmina café and de Buren. You can open the black gate with the key. Then go up the stairs. Here is another gate and a door. Once you are in here, you can find apartment A on your left and apartment C right in front of you.
