At the back of the villa, an additional terrace allows you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The rental is based on 2 guests per bedroom. For every 2 guests, one bedroom will be made available. If guests prefer to use one bedroom per person, an additional nightly fee applies. Electricity usage includes 80 kWh per night, which is more than sufficient when used consciously. Upon arrival at the airport, a USD 1,000 security deposit is required. To protect the quality and care invested in this home, parties and events are strictly not allowed.
